摘　　要：本文从历史发展和图书馆现状两个方面出发 ,提出了保留保存本制度 ,缩小保存本范围 ,开展馆内阅览的意见。In the article,the author discusses the necessity for founding the special collection in libraries,and clarifies the views of selective storage of the books.In the end,the author particularly sets forth the opinions about how to promote the reading of the books in the special collection.
