摘　　要：村镇文化建设对于我国经济和社会发展进程具有举足轻重的影响作用。现阶段必须构建村镇文化理论 ,增强村镇干部文化意识 ,强化“主体”思想 。The establishment of town culture is of great significance in the development of economy and progress of society in China.Now,the theory of town culture should be developed and the culture awareness of town cadres should be enhanced.The culture of town enterprises should give a strong push to town culture.
