摘　　要：东南亚金融危机发生的重要原因在于 ,在国内条件不成熟的情况下过早地放开资本市场。而中国免遭这场危机直接冲击的关键因素 ,是中国的资本账户尚未完全放开。中国加入WTO后 ,若不顾及国内条件过早地实现资本项目自由兑换 ,势必给国际投机资本以可乘之机 ,有可能造成重大金融风险。因此 。The main reason of Southeart Asia Financial Crisis is that they opened their capital market too early on the condition that their domestic conditions are inmature.China avoided this crisis mainly because its captital accounts were not fully open to the outside.After its entrance into WTO,China might face immence financial risks if making its capital accounts exchangable too early and irrespective of its domestic conditions,which must draw the attention of international speculative capital.Therefore free exchange of capital accounts should be cautiously realized.
