摘　　要：一致医药(集团)是广东省最大的中药材公司之一和饮片生产企业、销售之一。本文叙述了一致集团艰苦创业和不断创新的历程，其创业之路具有普遍的借鉴意义。Shenzhen Accord Pharmaceutial Group Co.Ltd. is one of the biggest incorporations for Chinese medicinal crops and one of the enterprises which produce prepared herbal medicine in small pieces for decoction in Guangdong Province of China. This article describes the experiences that Shenzhen Accord Pharmaceutical Group Co.Ltd. has been founded through hard work and unremitting innovation, which are of universal significance and can be taken as a reference for other enterprises in the country.
