摘 要:拼焊板越来越多地应用在汽车制造业及其他工业中。方盒件是工业应用中的一种典型件。因此对拼焊板方盒件拉深过程中非均匀变形的研究是非常重要的 ,比如法兰区起皱和焊缝的移动等。本文对拼焊板方盒件拉深过程的非均匀变形进行了计算机模拟和实验研究。用显式有限元软件DYNAFORM进行了模拟分析 ,考虑了各向异性和加工硬化。为了适应板厚的不同 ,在凹模上设置了台阶 ,并且在台阶处为焊缝移动做出了补偿 ,分析了焊缝移动和法兰区的起皱。为了验证模拟结果 ,做了相应实验 。Tailor\|welded blanks are increasingly used in automobile manufacture and other industries Squaer boxes are one of the typical workpieces used in industries It is therefore very important to research the non\|uniform deformation behaviors of the deep drawing process of tailor\|welded square boxes,such as flange wrinkling and the movement of weld seams The deep drawing of tailor\|welded boxes with non\|uniform thickness was researched numerically and experimentally in this paper Explicit finite element method DYNAFORM was used for simulation of the deep drawing process of the square boxes Anisotropy and work hardening were considered Female die was made with step to make up with the thickness difference of the blanks An offset is created on the die step in order to adapt to the weld seam movement The movement of the weld seams and the flange wrinkling were analyzed For verification,experiments of deep drawing square boxes were carried out The numerical results were in good agreement with the experimental results
