摘 要:提出了利用汽车发动机缸盖振动信号来测定其发动机功率随转速变化的曲线的新方法。使汽车处于怠速状态 ,调节油门至全开状态从而使汽车发动机加速运转 ,采集发动机在该过程中的缸盖振动信号 ,然后用四阶 Daubechie小波对信号进行多尺度分解 ,对分解后的单尺度信号进行重构 ,提取时域特征 ,从而确定发动机的功率。实验结果表明 ,采用缸盖振动信号的方法来测定功率随转速变化曲线是切实可行的 ,而且方便快捷 。A new approach to obtaining the power/rotating speed curve of an automobile engine by using vibration signals at its cylinder is presented in the paper. The data collecting process is as follows: to accelerate the engine from idling condition to maximum speed, and collect the cylinder vibration signals during acceleration. Four order Daubechies wavelets are used to resolve the collected data into multi scaled signals and the remained single scaled signals are reconstructed to extract the characteristics in the time domain, so that the power speed curve can be sketched out. Experiment results show that the method is effective, quick to perform and easy to use.
