摘　　要：目的通过综合评价，加强医院管理，提高综合效益。方法 运用秩和比法（ＲＳＲ）分析评价泉州市第一医院１９９４～１９９９年医疗质量。选用诊断质量指标、工作效率指标、治疗质量指标、管理质量指标。结果 １９９９年综合质量指标较好，１９９４年综合质量指标较差。结论 秩和比法具有直观简易、灵活的特点具有推广应用价值。Objective To strengthen hospital management and raising the comprehensive benefit by appraising. Methods RSR is used to appraise the medical quality of Quanzhou first hospital in sections and synthetically from 1994 to 1999,while the diagnosistic quality,the working efficiency,the medical quality and the management quality are chosen. Results the comprehensive quality was best in 1999,while the worst in 1994. Conclusion RSR is of directly perceived and easily used feature and is worth spreading.
