摘　　要：目的　探讨慢性肾功能不全患者并发感染的特征及相关因素。方法　对我科 1996年 6月～ 2 0 0 0年 6月慢性肾功能不全并发感染的 2 97例患者进行回顾性统计分析 ,并与同期因慢性肾功能不全住院未并发感染的 2 11例患者比较。结果　慢性肾功能不全易并发感染 ,感染率达 5 8.46 % ,其发生与血白蛋白水平降低及外周血白细胞减少等因素相关 ,各组间比较差异有非常显著性 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,病原菌以革兰阴性杆菌为主 ,临床表现多不典型 ,好发部位主要是泌尿道和呼吸道。结论　对慢性肾功能不全合并感染患者应提高患者抵抗力 ,改善营养状况 ,积极控制感染。Objective To investigate the characteristics of chronic renal insufficiency complicated with infection and the related factors.Methods A retrospective statistic analysis of 297 cases of chronic renal insufficiency complicated with infection from June 1996 to June 2000 was made in comparison with 211 cases of chronic renal insufficiency without infection.Results Chronic renal insufficiency was easy to complicate with infection.The infection rate was up to 58.46%.The occurrence was related to the lowering of serum albumin level and peripheral white blood count.The difference between the two groups was significant ( P <0.001).The pathogens were mainly Gram negative organisms.The clinical features were not typical in most cases.Common involved locations were obviously in urethral and respiratory tracts.Conclusion In the case of chronic renal insufficiency complicated with infection,It is important to give patients better nutrition,active control of infection and improve the of patients’ resistance.
