在服务场所对三陪小姐开展性病艾滋病高危行为干预初探

摘　　要：目的 :增加对三陪服务场所和三陪小姐的了解 ;研究在三陪服务场所开展高危行为干预的有效措施 ;研究干预措施与现有社区资源相结合的可能性。方法 :采用专题小组访谈 ,基线调查 ,发放宣传品、避孕套 ,播放录像 ,检测和咨询等多种干预技巧。结果 :干预的过程和措施为三陪小姐所接受 ,干预的结果发生了明显变化 ,但干预未能得到持续进行。结论 :干预措施紧紧围绕干预对象的需求来进行 ,干预对象的有效参与及平等的人际交流十分重要 ;小姐的流动性愈强 ,现场干预工作难度愈大 ,反之亦然 ;应该将性知识。Objective:To know more information about the entertainment places and entertainment service women;To find the effective intervention measures carrying out in the working places to control entertainment service womens high risk behaviors;To explore the feasibity of combining the intervention measures with the current community resources.Results:The intervention process and its measures were accepted by such women,and expected effect was achieved,but the intervention couldnt continue and complete continue.Conclusion:Intervention measures need to focus on the demand of the intervened persons.The intervened persons effective participation,skill training and acceptance of concepts in favorably social environment are very important.Community should provide more effective medical service.Synchronously publicizing the preventive knowledge of STD/HIV and sexual skills、experiences and concepts would help researchers have better effects.
