摘 要:目的 :应用微粒子荧光酶免疫分析法 (MEIA)定量检测乙肝病毒 e抗原的浓度 ,以反映乙肝病毒感染的程度。方法 :收集 10 6例怀疑乙肝病人血清做乙肝 e抗原定量检测 ,阳性标本同时用荧光定量 PCR法检测 HBV- DNA。结果 :6 4例e抗原阳性标本的 e抗原浓度范围为 0 .49- 1146 6 .2 3 PEI U / m L ,其浓度的变化与 HBV- DNA浓度变化一致。结论 :MEIA法作乙肝Objective:To study the state of HBV infection by quantitatively detecting HBeAg with Micropartical enzyrme immunoassay.Method:Serum samples of 106 suspected HBV patients were detected by MEIA and positive samples were then detected for HBV DNA by Fluorescence quantitative PCR.Result:The concentrations of HBeAg of 64 positive samples were 0 49-11466 23 PEL U/ml,which is consistent with the concentrations of HBV DNA.Conclusion:Quantitatively detecting HBeAg with MEIA can be used to accurately evaluate the state and change of HBV infection.
