摘 要:目的 :证实肾衰死亡病例的死因 ,了解 O15 7:H 7疫源地的人群和动物感染状况。方法 :对肾衰病人、同村居民及其同事进行调查 ,用常规方法分离腹泻病人、密切接触者和动物粪便中 O15 7:H7。用蛋白印迹实验检测抗 O15 7:H 7L PSIg G和 Ig M抗体。结果 :从肾衰病人、同村腹泻病人及密切接触者的血清中检出 O15 7:H 7L PS Ig G和 Ig M抗体 ;从病人的家庭密切接触者 16份粪便中检到 1株 O15 7大肠杆菌 ;2 2例腹泻患者粪便中检出 1株 ,75份猪粪中检出 3株 ,4份牛粪中检出 1株 O15 7。结论 :肾衰死亡病例为 O15 7:H7感染所致 。Objective:To identificate the cause of death of a kidney failure patient and get the E.coli O157 infection state among different population and animals in epidemic focus.Methods:The kidney failure patient,residents lived in the patients same villiage and his co workers were investigated.Stools from diarrhea patients,close contactors and animals were tested by routine isolation of E.coli O157:H7 method.IgG and IgM for E.coli O157:H7 LPS were tested by western blot method.Results:IgG and IgM for LPS were positive in serum of the patient died with kidney failure,his colleagues,diarrhea cases and familial close contactors.E.coli O157 in stools were tested out from 1(6 25%) of 16 familial close contactors,1(4 5%) of 22 diarrhea cases,3(4 0%) of 75 pigs and 1(25 0%) of 4 cattles.Conclusion:One death case caused by E.coli O157:H7 infection was first discovered in Hebei province.Infection rate of E.coli O157:H7 among pupulation and animals were higher in epidemic focus.
