摘　　要：目的 :为了进一步探索腰椎间盘突出症的手术适应症 ,与提高手术有效率。方法 :将 2 175例患者分为开窗法、半椎板法与全椎板法三组观察适应症 ,通过随访观察有效性。结果 :通过 3个月～ 13年随访 ,除 15例无效外 ,均恢复工作 ,有效率为 99 3% (98 85 %～ 99 6 1% )。结论 :严格执行手术适应症 ,冲洗、植骨、控制感染等应很好地针对性实施。Objective: To further define the indications for operation of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc,and to elevate the effective rate of operation.Method:In order to observe operation indication,2175 patients were distributed into three groups,including fenestration,total laminectomy and hemilaminectomy.The results were observed from follow up.Results:Effective rate 99 30%(98 85% 99 61%)was gained with 3 month～13 years follow up.Conclusion:Operation indication would ought to carry out strictly;Flushing,bone grafting and to control infection,etc.,would ought to carry out very well.
