道路交通伤患者的智力及其相关因素分析

摘　　要：为探索道路交通伤对患者智力的影响 ,采用韦氏成人智力量表中国版 (WAIS—RC)对 178例患者进行研究。结果发现患者的平均智商为 71 8± 17 8。言语智商 78 3大于操作智商 6 7 9(t=13,P <0 0 0 1)。 34 8%的患者智商低于正常 ,45 5 %处于边缘状态。结论 :有脑伤的道路交通伤患者多有程度不同的智力损害。This study was made to investigate the intelligence of patients with traffic accident.One-hundred seventy-eight cases were measured by Wechster Adult Intelligence Scale Revisde China(WAIS RE).The results revealed the average full intelligence quotient (FIQ) of patients was 71 8±17 8,the verbal intelligence quotient (VIQ) of 78 3 was bigher than the performance intelligence quotient(PIQ)of 67 9(t=13, P <0 001).FIQ of 34 8% was lower than normal,and FIQ of 45 5% was the border-line condition.Conclusion:FIQ of most of the patients with traffic accident and brain injury was impaired in defferent degrees.
