摘　　要：目的 :提高对ABO血型不相合的异基因造血干细胞移植 (Allo-PBSCT)后继发红系造血延迟的认识。方法 :报道一例ABO血型不相合的Allo -PBSCT后继发红系造血延迟的病例并进行文献复习。结果和结论 :ABO血型不相合的Allo-PBSCT后继发红系造血延迟的病因多与免疫紊乱有关。其治疗可选择血浆置换或 /或红细胞生成素 ;供者淋巴细胞输注及诱导移植物抗宿将细胞效应也可用于此类问题的治疗。Objective:In order to raise the understanding of delayed erythropoiesis after ABO-mismatched allo-geneic peripheral blood stem cell transplantation (allo-PBSCT).Methods:Report a case of delayed erythropoiesis and discuss it's characteristics with literature review.Results and Conclusion:In post ABO-mismatched allo-PBSCT the pathogenesis of delayed erythropoiesis may be related to abnormality of immunlolgy.post allo-PBSCT delayed erythropoiesis can be treated with plasmapharesis and erythropoietin (EPO);donor lymphocyte infusion (DLI) and induced graft versus host plasma cell effect can aslo be used in the treatment of delayed erythropoiesis.
