摘 要:目的 :为了探讨螺旋藻蛋白胨在细菌培养方面的反应。方法 :采用物理破壁技术从螺旋藻干粉中提取蛋白 ,酶解制成蛋白胨、水解酪蛋白、胰蛋白胨作 7株细菌和 1株真菌的生长对照试验。结果 :螺旋藻蛋白胨产量占干重的 5 1 5 %。并适合细菌生长的需要 ,优于日本蛋白胨、水解酪蛋白和胰蛋白胨。结论 :螺旋藻蛋白胨能提供细菌生长所需的氮源和碳源。螺旋藻蛋白胨具有价廉、易大量制取的物理特点 ,可作为一种新的廉价的蛋白胨原料。Objective:To investigate the application of peptone from spirulina in media.Methods:Crude extracts were prepared by physical breaking cell wall.The peptone was obtained by hydrolysis of the extracts were papain and compared in growth condition of sevsn different bacteria and one kind of fungus with polypeptone.Caseinhydrolysis and tryptone.Results:The peptone from spirulina was 51 5% in dry weight of spirulina and could meet the requirements of bacteria growth.Comparing trail showed the petpone quality was better than the other three peptone growth.Conclusions:The peptone of spirulina can provide with the sources of nitrogen and carbon.It is cheap and easy to obtain as a new material for prptone.
