雄激素补充治疗男性更年期综合征的临床研究

摘　　要：为探讨雄激素补充治疗对男性更年期综合征的疗效 ,本文通过对 6 8例诊断为男性更年期综合征病人分组 ,其中 40例作雄激素补充治疗并对其临床症状 ,血睾酮水平 ,主观抑郁症状评分作观察 ,并与 2 8例病情相同的病人予安慰剂对照。观察的病人症状改善率为 74.3% ;血睾酮水平 3周前后分别为 131.5 1± 19.12与 2 5 3.78±2 1.45 ,抑郁症状评分各指标均有较大改善。作者认为雄激素补充疗法是治疗男性更年期综合征的一种有效。To study the efficacy of substitution therapy with androgen for climacteric syndrome in males,40 out of 68 cases of male climacteric syndrome patients were treated with androgen and then evaluated for clinical manifestation,blood testosterone level and subjective depression state.The other 28 equivalent cases treated with placebo as controls.The results showed that in observed cases,rate of symptomatic relief was 74.3%,blood testosterone level was 131.51±19.12 and 253.78±21.45 before and after 3 weeks of treatment,and depression score was improved as well.It suggested that substitution therapy with androgen for climacteric syndrome in males is effective and safe.
