摘　　要：目的以经济条件相对落后的中小城市社区为现场 ,实施家庭医疗干预试验 ,探索社区卫生服务对老年慢性疾病患者身心康复的影响。方法以老年慢性疾病患者为对象 ,实施家庭医疗护理干预 ;以同期、同类住院病人作对照 ,采用多元逐步线性回归方法分析了两组病人的心理健康恢复情况及影响因素。结果社区病人与住院病人在症状、体征等生理机能方面的恢复 ,差异无统计学意义 ,但社区病人心理功能与社会功能的康复略优于住院病人。结论家庭医疗护理对病人的心理社会功能恢复更有利 ,因此 ,开展家庭医疗护理干预是解决老年慢性病患者就医难。Objective To explore how the family medical care affects the health of the elderly patients suffering from chronic diseases,the trial of in home care intervention was conducted in the communities of Hefei,a middle underdeveloped city.Methods Trial group was randomly selected from the elderly patients treated at home and their countertype inpatients were chosen as a control group by 1∶1 paired design method.The data of two groups were analyzed by multiple linear regression.Results Although there were no significant differences between two groups on the physical recovery,the patients treated in home had better recove ries of mental and social abilities than hospitalized patients had.Conclusion It is more effective for patients to be treated at home than in hospital on improving their mental and social abilities.Family medical care is an important way to solve the hospitalization problems on elderly patients with chronic diseases.\;
