摘  要:目的 通过对上肢肌群肌肉轻收缩时肌电信号的检测与分析 ,提供电子假肢信号源。方法 对 60例正常人 ,用表面电极分别测定上肢四组拮抗肌 (前臂屈肌———前臂伸肌 ,肱二头肌———肱三头肌 ,三角肌———胸大肌 ,冈下肌———背阔肌 )在轻收缩时的肌电信号 ,并分析其频率与波幅。结果 上肢四组拮抗肌在肌肉轻收缩时 ,肌电信号频率集中在 85~ 15 0Hz ,波幅集中在 2 2 0~ 2 5 0V。结论 采用频率 85~ 15 0Hz ,波幅 2 2 0~ 2 5 0V的肌电信号作为电子假肢信号源 ,可提高肌电信号实时性及假肢的实用性。Objective To provide myoelectric signal of electronic artificial limb via examination and assessment of the myoelectric signals given by upper extremity muscles in light contraction. Methods 60 normal human adults were included in the study. Myoelectric signals of four pairs of antagonists of the upper limb (forearm flexors extensors, brachial biceps brachii triceps brachii, deltoid pectoralis major, infraspinatus latissimus dorsi) in light contraction were recorded by using surface electrode. Frequency and amplitude of the signals was analyzed. Results When the four pairs of antagonists were in light contraction, the frequency and amplitude of the myoelectric signals centralized in 85 150 Hz and 220 250 uV respectively. Conclusions The artificial limb equipped with myoelectric signals with frequency of 85 150 Hz and amplitude of 220 250 uV can increase real time of the myoelectric signal and practicability.
