摘　　要：公益性地质工作和商业性地质工作是我国地质工作相辅相成、缺一不可的两个组成部分。从 1998年政府机构改革开始 ,地勘队伍逐步属地化和企业化 ,公益性和商业性地质工作分制运行 ,矿业权制度初步建立 ,矿业市场已具雏形 ,矿产勘查风险体系正在逐步建立 ,形成了目前的矿产勘查新格局。Commonweal and commercial geologic works are two parts of geologic tasks which supple to each other and none is dispensable in our country. Since reformation of government organs in 1998, geological prospecting trades have become dependency or enterprise unit step by step. Commonweal and commercial geologic works are in motion in different ways. Mining right system has been established rudimentarily and mining market is in embryonic form. Risk system of mineral prospecting is built gradually. These have become new pattern of present geological prospecting trade.
