摘　　要：以新疆尉犁碱性超基性杂岩体中超大型蛭石矿床为例，通过与国内外同类型矿床对比，建立了矿床成因模式，揭示出其内在的规律，为寻找与深入研究同类矿床提供了依据。Writers are taken that the vermiculite ore deposit exists in the alkali-ultrabasic complex in Yuli Xinjiang as the example, contrast it with same deposits at home and abroad, and find its inhere law and establish the metallogenic model. Proceed to the next step, these studies have profound theoretical significance and fremendous economic significance to find and study further the same deposits.
