摘　　要：提出了一种基于光纤环形腔半导体激光器的全光波长转换方案。利用稳态速率方程 ,导出了激光器有源区载流子密度与偏置电流及输入信号光功率关系的隐函数表达式。A scheme of all optical wavelength conversion based on fiber ring semiconductor lasers is raised.Using steady state rate equations,closed form solutions for carrier density in the active layer is deduced.As a result,the influence of signal light and bias current to the power and extinction ratio of converted light is studied in detail.
