摘　　要：归属位置寄存器 (HLR)是GSM系统的中央数据库。本文介绍了基于C/S模式的HLR操作维护系统 ,从运营的角度分析了OMC的业务背景和特点 。HLR is the central database of GSM system. In this paper, we introduce an Operation&Maintenance Center(OMC) based on C/S mode, analyze this OMC from a business point of view, and select a realization mode, which combines a two-tier C/S mode and a three-tier mode. We have achieved excellent results in our experiments.[WT5HZ]
