摘　　要：介绍了一种基于 ＰＣＩ局部总线的压缩视频数据实时传输的实现方法。该方法考虑到硬件设备和 Ｗｉｎ－ｄｏｗｓ９Ｘ下应用程序的具体要求，借助ＶｔｏｏｌｓＤ编写设备驱动程序，在驱动程序中利用全局事件控制双缓冲方式实现视频数据的实时传输。In this paper,a method of real - time transmission of the compressed video data through the PCI local bus is presented. The method considers the specific request both on the hardware and the application program in Windows9X system, and the driving program of device is programmed with VtoolsD. In driving program,two global events controlled buffers are used to realize the real - time transmission of the compressed video data.
