摘　　要：本文用价层轨道平均能和价电子的平均核势来研究 A- H键振动频率的规律性 ,得出了一个关系式 。In this paper, an equation is obtained through researching the reqularity of the vibrational frequency of the Chemical bond A-H by using the average nuclear potential of the valence electrons and the average energy of valence orbitals. The values of the vibrational frequency are calculated with the equation. The results are in agreement with the experimental data.
