摘 要:采用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶技术 ,研究了 6个品种 36 0头猪 8个基因座位的蛋白质多态性。结果表明 ,6个品种中Alb和Pi Ⅱ均呈单态 ;在Xiangzhu和Rongchang中 ,Pi Ⅰ呈单态 ;对于Po Ⅰ ,除Kele外 ,其余品种均呈单态 ;CA、Cp、Po Ⅱ、Amy Ⅰ在 6个品种中均表现出多态性。群体遗传变异指标计算结果显示 ,6个品种蛋白座位的平均杂合度为 :0 .342 1(Dianxiao) ,0 .32 2 9(Dahe) ,0 .30 6 0 (Xiangzhu) ,0 .3479(Kele) ,0 .3377(Neijiang) ,0 .2 6 5 6 (Rongchang) (以 8个座位计算 )。根据基因频率计算奈式遗传距离 ,并用UPGMA法进行聚类分析 ,得出Neijiang和Rongchang遗传距离最近 。In the present study,analysis of 8 gene loci of six native pigs in Southwest China is carried out by means of horizontal starch gel electrophoresis.Genotype frequency is generally similar in Alb and Pi Ⅱ,the polymorphism is found in CA\, Cp\,Po Ⅱand Amy Ⅰ.The statistical result of population genetic parameters shows the average heterozygosity(Ⅱ) polymorphism protein loci in Dianxiao,Dahe,Xiangzhu,Kele,Neijiang,Rongchang were \{0.342 1,\}0.322 9,0.306 0,0.347 9,0.337 7,0.265 6 repectively.Using the gene frequencies of 8 loci,the genetic distance between six population were calculated by the formulae of Nei UPGMA and NJ clustering analysis were also made.From the clustering,it was clear that the distance between Neijiang and Rongchang was the nearest,the others had some difference.
