摘  要:多晶硅太阳电池是目前世界光伏产业发展的重点 ,由于多晶硅不同的晶粒取向的差异 ,使传统的单晶硅绒面制备技术不能用于多晶硅太阳电池。多孔硅技术是适于多晶硅的廉价表面减反射膜技术。文章研究了多孔硅技术在多晶硅太阳电池中的应用 ,用化学腐蚀法制备了多孔硅 ,成功制备了效率达 1 0 .72Recently multicrystalline silicon solar cell is the key manufacture technology for its relative low cost and matured manufacture technology. Porous silicon (PS) has received much attention particularly in polycrystalline solar cells because of its suitable to fabricate textured surface easily and cheaply on different grain orientation. In this paper we have investigated experimentally of a PS application in polycrystalline solar cells. The multicrystalline silicon wafers were cleaned by common processes. PS were fabricated by chemical etching method with solution of HF/HNO 3/H 2O. Two methods were used to fabricated PS mc-solar cells. The 10.72% efficiency of porous multicrystalline silicon solar cell were manufactured.
