摘　　要：同其他高等植物一样 ,在苔藓植物的分类过程中 ,形态学特征仍然是一种主要的准则。然而 ,由于苔藓植物具有较大的可塑性 ,使得其生态学准则在具体的分类学中具有不可忽视的作用 ,尤其在种及种以下的分类上。另外 ,从进化的观点来看 ,生态因子对进化必然起着重要的作用。In this paper, the plasticity, tolerance, ecotype, ecocline, and experimental taxonomy of bryophyte are discussed. Many bryophytes are notorious for their immense variability. As is well know, there are two kinds of variability, namely, genetic variation and modification. In comparison with the other higher plants, bryophytes have more plasticity. So, ecological characteristic is an important taxonomic criterion, especially in species and infraspecific taxa.
