摘  要:黄瓜幼苗胚轴的不同部位对离体子叶培养物器官分化的影响是不同的 .热击处理具不同长度胚轴的黄瓜幼苗 ,其子叶培养物的直接花芽分化率不同 ,其中以单去根处理的为最高 ,去根 +去 1/ 2胚轴的为最低 ,对照和去根 +去 3/ 4胚轴的居中 .结果提示胚轴中存在着与成花有关的促进和 /或抑制因子 .热击无根苗产生了分子量约为 67~ 94 k D的热激蛋白 .The different part of the hypocotyl in cucumber seedlings exhibited different effect on the floral formation of excised cotyledons cultured in vitro. The percentage of the floral buds raised directly on the cultures was different when the heat shock treatment was taken on the cucumber seedlings with or without roots and with different length of hypocotyl. Among them the rootless seedlings got the highest percentage of floral formation, the rootless+1/2 hypocotyl the lowerest, and the control and rootless +3/4 hypocotyl the medium. Results indicate that there may exist promoting and/or inhibiting factors for floral formation in the hypocotyls. HSPs(67~94 kD)were found in the rootless seedlings with heat shock treatment. Heat shock treatment decreased the content of soluble proteins in the neutral region of electrophoresis pattern of soluble proteins.
