摘　　要：通过分析宁波城郊区地域类型、土地利用特点及其形成的矛盾机制，在宁波有关郊县乡镇土地利用总体规划修编工作的实证研究基础上，探讨宁波城郊区土地利用规划管理的若干对策．For its actual regional and urban social-economical development circumstance, the suburban area of Ningbo central city not only has a general characteristic which other suburbs of China cities have, but also has its own special locality. The features and styles of Ningbo suburb are discussed. Taking the revision of land use overall planning of some towns in Ningbo suburban area as case study, some guidelines are proposed.
