蝽类昆虫卵形态细微结构扫描电镜观察(半翅目:蝽科)

摘　　要：首次利用扫描电镜对 5种蝽科昆虫的卵进行了观察、比较 ,揭示出卵壳表面细微结构 ,尤其是卵前极的呼吸 精孔突的数目、形状以及破卵器等特征 .这些种分属于 3亚科 :小皱蝽CyclopeltaparvaDistant隶属于兜蝽亚科(Dinidorinae) ;益蝽PicromeruslewisiScott,双刺益蝽Picromorusbidens (Linneaus)属于益蝽亚科 (Asopinae) ;卷蝽Pa terculuselatus (Yang)和金绿真蝽PentatomametalliferaMotshulsky隶属蝽亚科 (Pentatominae) .The present paper reports the fine chorionic structures and biological behaviors of five egg bursters pentatomid bugs species, viz. Paterculus elatus (Yang), Cyclopelta parva Distant, Pentatoma metallifera Mostschulsky, Picromerus lewisi Scott, and Picromorus bidens (Linneaus) by using scanning electron microscope (SEM). The fine structure features of egg shells of the above species are revealed for the first time. The eggs of five species may be diagnosed in the following key.
