摘　　要：该文主要介绍在Delphi4.0开发环境下 ,运用WindowAPI函数 ,实现了基于RS42 2 / 485串行通信的PC机与多个IC卡单片机系统之间的信息交换 。Taking Delphi 4.0 as its programming language, an IC card management system has been developed in this paper. The system uses the database technology to manage IC cards and solves the serial communication between PC and external devices with Windows API functions.
