镀锌层黑化处理工艺的研究

摘　　要：综述了镀锌层黑钝化、着色、染色等黑化处理的方法 ,重点研究了高抗蚀的黑钝化处理。在比较国内外黑钝化处理剂的基础上 ,对其钝化机理、钝化液的成份、发黑剂、钝化剂、缓冲剂及稳定剂作了深入的研究 ,并研制出ZD— 99型黑钝化剂、ZH— 99型发黑剂 ,有较完善的工艺过程及质量控制方法 ,能有效地指导生产。对着色。The existing methods of zinc plating blackening by black passivating, coloring, dyeing, etc. are studied, and the high resistance to corrosion of the passivator is highlighted. On the basis of comparing domestic and foreign black passivators, the mechanism of passivator,the composition of passivation solution, blackening agent, passivator, buffer and stabilizer are further studied. ZD—99# black passivator and ZH—99# blackening agent are invented. These have more perfect processing and quantity control methods to effectively guide production. The principle of coloring, dyeing are introduced in detail as well to be as reference.
