摘  要:某中学教学楼由于附近新建高层的打桩、开挖以及沉降造成教学楼向新建高层严重倾斜。该楼东部为砖混结构 ,基础采用条形基础 ,西部为框架结构 ,基础采用片筏基础 ,整体刚度较好 ,基础持力层为软粘土 ,根据以上情况制定了注浆、掏土结合的纠偏方案。即首先采用注浆加固、顶升多沉部位 ,制止基础继续下沉 ,再用掏土法迫降少沉部位 ,沉降达到规定指标以后再注浆稳定沉降。在纠偏过程中 ,设置严密的监测系统。经过以上纠偏施工 ,大约一个月的时间 ,使该教学楼不均匀沉降值控制在允许范围之内。Caused by the pile driving, foundation pit digging and settlement of a tall new building in its vicinity,a teaching building of a high school was seriously inclined. The eastern part of the teaching building is of masonry structure with strip foundation, and the western part is of frame structure with mat foundation, which is of better integral stiffness. The bearing layer is soft soil. According to the conditions above, the inclination rectifying approach adopted is grouting combined with subsoil extracting. Grouting was first employed to reinforce and uplift the over settled parts, which was followed by subsoil extracting to cause further settlement in the relatively less settled part. Once the settlement meets the specification, regrouting was performed to stop and stablize the settling tendency. On the procession of rectification, a monitoring system was strictly installed. The rectification proceeded for about one month, and the inclination and the differential settlement of the teaching building have been controlled within the range of requirement.
