摘　　要：本文从土地利用、开放空间设计、交通系统的组织等方面简要地介绍了美国丹佛市普拉特中央谷地的综合发展规划，希望通过对其规划思想、运作方式的分析，能对我国城市滨水地区的开发建设起到一定的借鉴意义。This article introduces the Comprehensive Plan of Central Platte Valley in Denver with aspect of land use, open space, communication etc. I hope we could use the experiences of their planning thoughts, operating system for reference in planning of waterfront.
