摘　　要：主要论述建筑施工企业在现代企业制度下 ,研究和开发机械设备管理的潜力和效益的重要性和必要性 ,并赋予其新的内涵和外延。从技术管理、经济管理、组织管理三方面 ,详细地介绍了机械设备的选购、使用和维修保养等全过程的科学管理。这三方面构成对设备的整体性管理 ,缺一不可 。The paper mainly discusses that building constructi on enterprises rese arch and develop importance and necessity of potentialities and benefit of Plant equipment management under the condition of modern enterprise system, and gives its new connotation and denotation. From three aspects of technical management, economic management and organization management, the paper introduces in detail overall science management of selective purchasing, use and maintenance of plan t equipment and so on. These three aspects consist of the whole management, none is dispensable, and have much operationability.
