摘　　要：介绍了以四聚丙烯烷基酚为主要原料,合成了高碱值硫化烷基酚钙的工艺过程。首先对三种不同的工艺路线进行了考察,选取了一条有熔剂的工艺路线,然后分别考察了影响产品质量的各种因素,确定了最佳工艺条件,最后又进行了中型规模的放大试验,所制得的中、小试产品的理化指标合格,模拟评定及初步台架评定结果与国外同类剂OLOA- 219The synthesis process of highly based calcium sulfrized alkyl phenates by using tetrapropylene as raw material was introduced in this paper. Three different processes were examined and tested at first. Then the process with solvent was selected. Various elements that affect the quality of products were investigated and tested, and the optimum processing conditions were established. Finally, pilot plant tests were conducted. All the products in laboratory and pilot plant tests have qualified with both the physical and the chemical properties that were up to the standard specifications. The results gained from analog evaluation and preliminary bench tests were similar to those of foreign additive OLOA-219 of the same kind.
