摘　　要：介绍了韩国的社会保险结构、自然灾害的赈济及社会福利服务事业。作者从韩国的社会保障体系中获得了不少有益的启示。中国的社会保障制度正在深化改革 ,如能借鉴立法先行、力避财政危机、定准保障重点、充分利用家庭保障功能等经验 ,对完善中国的社会保障制度或许能起到积极的作用。This paper introduces the structures of social insurance, the relief of natural disasters, and the the social welfare services of Korea. The author has attained quite a few beneficial revelations from the social security system of Korea. China presently is carrying out in-depth reform of social security system and it will play an important role in perfecting China's social security system if China can borrow such experience as first legislations, avoiding financial crises, establishing focus of security, and making full use of family security functions.
