摘　　要：根据多β晶体管和二值多β反相电路的工作特点，提出了三值多β反相电路的设计方案，从 而构成了三值多β门电路的逻辑完备集．ＰＳＰＩＣＥ模拟证明了所设计的电路具有正确的逻辑功能．Based on the working characteristics of multiple β transistor and binary multiple β inverter,this paper proposes the design of ternary multiple β inverter,thus to form a complete logic set of ternary logic gates based on the multiple β transistor. The PSPICE simulation proves that the ternary multiple β inverter has correct logic functions.
