摘　　要：通过试验探讨了呋喃树脂砂中固化剂随温度变化的规律 ,得出固化剂的加入量随砂温和环境温度变化的关系式 .可通过测得砂温和环境温度值来确定合适的固化剂加入量 ,以满足各种铸钢件所需要的树脂砂终强度 .The variaion pattern of solidification of furan resin sand with the addition of solidifying agents is inquired experimentally and the relationship of proper additive amount of solidifying agents to the temperatures of sand and environment. thus, the proper additive amount of solidifying agents can be determined by means of measuring the temperatures of the sand and the environment, so that the final strength of resin sand required by various cast steel can be obtained.
