摘  要:稠油出砂冷采技术对地层原油含有溶解气的各类疏松砂岩稠油油藏具有较广泛的适应性 ,它通过大量砂子的产出和泡沫油的形成 ,获得较高的原油产量。河南油田于1996年在国内率先开展稠油出砂冷采技术调研及可行性研究、出砂冷采机理及配套工艺技术研究 ,并于 1997年 6月进入现场先导试验 ,矿场试验已展示出明显出砂冷采特征的G490 6井 ,日产油量 2 0 t~ 30 t,是常规开采和蒸汽吞吐的 10倍和 4倍以上 ,开采成本比蒸汽吞吐降低 47%。出砂冷采工业化应用配套技术的形成和应用 ,将使国内及河南油田稠油资源利用程度进一步提高。Cold production technology can be widely used in unconsolidated sandstone reservoir containing solution gas. By this technology, the well gets a high oil production through withdrawal of large amount of sand and formation of foamy oil. Henan Petroleum Exploration Bureau (HPEB) has worked on investigation of cold production, and studies of feasibility, recovery mechanism and matching technique since 1996. The first field testing began in June,1997, in Well G4906, a typical cold production well, obtained 20 t/d~30 t/d of oil rate, which is more than ten times of conventional recovery and four times of cyclic steam stimulation (CSS) respectively, and operation cost per barrel of crude oil dropped by 47% compared with CSS. Utilization efficiency of heavy oil reserves of will further increase after commercial usage of cold production technology.
