摘　　要：在对证券投资基金进行研究的基础上，结合作者在金融信息系统方面所做过的一些研究工作，给出了一个证券交易与信托投资系统的设计实现方法，并论述了实现过程中的一些关键问题及解决方案，这些问题与解决方案对于其他证券交易系统的设计实现也具有一般意义。Based on the research of the securities investment fund and the research work about financial information system done by the author. This paper presents a design solution of the securities investment & exchange system and develops a method of implementing it. At the same time, this paper introduces some key problems in the process of implementing this system, and presents solutions to these problems. These problems and solutions are beneficial for the development of the other securities exchange system, too.
