摘 要:提出了一种面向约束的鲁棒设计方法 .该方法能够利用约束网络对并行设计中的一类不确定性参数进行有效的描述和处理 .该文提出了反映协同设计需求的数学模型 ,设计了一个通用的一致性求解算法框架 ,并利用基于区间代数的一致性算法 ,在设计的初期就监控设计过程 ,使设计者在确定参数前能够通过约束网络定量地考虑下游的约束条件 ,并能够提早发现冲突以避免设计后期出现大的返工 .文中的研究是实现并行设计中“一次成功”This paper describes a constraint oriented robust design method. The proposed method can give a valid description and analysis to a certain kind of parameter uncertainties in concurrent design. In engineering design, some parameters cannot be known accurately in the early design period but are limited by estimated bounds. This kind of imprecision decreases as the process proceeds and disappears at the end of the design stage. The precondition for “right the first time” is to use the proper tools to achieve robustness within parameter uncertainties. The constraint network provides the technical foundation of robust design. Four kinds of variables defined in the constraint network have their own intervals given by the designers, but with different meanings: uncertain parameters, design parameters, objective parameters and intermediate parameters. Their different kinds of behaviors hidden behind the contracted intervals must be analyzed for the active and passive states. Revision of the variables and constraints in the constraint network will cause recalculation and redistribution of the intervals, which is referred to as engineering change. The constraint network can predict not only which designer is influenced, but also the effect on the designers. The mathematical model, which reflects the requirements of the robust design, is also presented in the paper. The model considers uncertain parameters in the early design period and records the tracks of their changes. A general framework consistency algorithm of is designed to refine the intervals. We can conclude that if a specified solution satisfies the consistency checking described by the algorithm, the solution can satisfy all the network constraints. On the contrary, if a conflict is detected, the interval box contains no solution that satisfies all the constraints within the given bounds.
