杂交稻胚乳贮藏蛋白多态性及其应用研究

摘　　要：提取 62份杂交籼稻三系和F1胚乳贮藏蛋白中总蛋白、醇溶蛋白及谷蛋白样品 ,用SDS PAGE分析。结果表明 ,3类样品中谷蛋白的多态性最高 ,醇溶蛋白最弱 ,保持系和不育系的谱带相同。根据双亲和F1的谷蛋白谱带特征 ,可以试用于样品 (组合 )Total protein,alcohol soluble protein and glutalin were extracted from the endosperm storage protein in 62 varieties including three line and F 1 hybrid rice.The results of SDS PAGE showed that rich polymorphism of glutelin was found among varieties and polymorphism of alcohol soluble protein was the lowest.There were no differences of glutelin between CMS lines and maintainer lines.According to the differences of SDS PAGE pattern of glutelin between parents and F 1,the method of SDS PAGE could be used for the authenticity and purity assessment.
