有机磷农药乐果降解菌的分离及其活性研究

摘　　要：从污泥中分离到一株可降解有机磷农药乐果 (dimethoate)的细菌G1,初步鉴定为不动菌属 (Acinetobacter)。该菌专性好氧 ,最适生长温度为 30℃ ,最适pH 7 0 ,以共代谢方式降解乐果 ,还能降解有机磷农药敌敌畏 (dichlorvos)和对硫磷 (parathion) ,不降解甲胺磷 (methamidophos)。An organophosphate insecticides dimethoate degrading strain was isolated from sludge and identified as Acinetobacter,an obligate aerobic bacterium.Its optimum growth temperature is 30 ℃ with optimum pH value of 7 0.Dimethoate is degraded through cometobolism.Dichlorvos and parathion can also be degraded,but no degradation of methamidoiphos can be expected.
