摘 要:调查研究了中国马铃薯的主产省马铃薯晚疫病菌A2交配型的发生和分布情况。本试验在白云豆培养基上测试了 1995— 1998年采自河北、内蒙、云南、四川、重庆和北京的 142个菌株的交配型。结果表明 ,其中 2 8个菌株为A2交配型 ,占被测菌株的 19.7%。同时发现不同省份A2交配型的发生频率明显不同 ,河北、山西和内蒙的A2交配型菌株的比例明显高于云南、四川和重庆 ,并发现 2个自育菌株 ,占测试菌株的 1 4%。After the first report on occurrence of A2 mating type in China, further investigation had been conducted by authors about occurrence and distribution of A2 mating type of Phytohpthora infestans in main potato production provinces. Mating types of one hundred and forty two isolates were determined on white kidney bean media. These isolates were collected from Hebei, Inner Mongolia, Shangxi,Yunnan, Sichuan, Chongqing and Beijing during 1995—1998. The result showed that 28 isolates of A2 mating type covered 19 7% of all and great difference existed between the occurrence frequency of A2 mating type from different provinces. Especially, the rates of A2 mating type from Hebei, Shangxi and Inner Mongolia were much higher than those from Yunnan, Sichuan and Chongqing, and two self fertile isolates were found, covering 1 4% of all.
