马铃薯晚疫病菌A2交配型与DNA多态性相关关系研究(英文)

摘　　要：利用RAPD方法初步研究了马铃薯晚疫病菌DNA多态性与A2交配型的关系 ,共用 2 7个有多态性的引物对2 2个菌株进行了扩增 ,共扩增出 2 75条有多态性的DNA谱带用于统计分析。聚类分析结果显示 ,阈值为 8时 ,将供试的 2 2个菌系划分为 4个类群 ,10个A2交配型菌系中的 8个均在第Ⅳ类群中 ,由此认为该病菌的DNA多态性与A2交配型有一定相关性。同时还发现各地的晚疫病菌系有不同程度的群体分化现象。The correlation between A2 mating type and DNA polymorphisms of P. infestans were assessed by RAPD with 220 primers. 27 polymorphic DNA primers were used for RAPD assay across 22 isolates. 275 DNA bands were reproductive and used for statistical analysis. The isolates were classified into 4 RAPD groups based on the RAPD bands. The result of this study showed that the DNA polymorphism was correlated with A2 mating type of P. infestans ; and among the isolates populations, the genetic differentiation was observed based on the RAPD groups, particularly a abundant genetic differentiation was manifested in Weichang county of Hebei province.
