摘　　要：随着市场竞争的激烈 ,企业日益重视过程集成及以其为核心的过程管理模式。本文针对流程企业生产经营的特点 ,从系统的角度 ,提出了流程企业过程管理模型框架及基于代理的流程企业过程流的建模方法 ,针对化工企业生产的实例 ,描述了主要过程流的建模方法 。As a result of the drastic competition in market, process integration and management mode based on the process integration become the focus of enterprise's attention. According to the characteristics of the business process of process industry, this paper presents a modeling framework of process management and a modeling method of process flow based on agent from the system point of view. It also gives the detailed description of the main process flow model through a general example of chemical industry, providing a new way for process management of process industry.
