摘  要:利用人工气候箱研究了广东湛江和福建提纯的Ⅱ 32A育性对温度和光长的反应以及育性的温度敏感生育期。结果表明 2 6℃以上温度可引起Ⅱ 32A育性的部分恢复 ,温度越高 ,育性恢复越大。福建提纯的Ⅱ 32A育性恢复还受短光长促进 ,并存在光温互作效应。Ⅱ 32A育性的温度敏感生育期出现得特别早 ,为第 1苞分化期至花粉母细胞形成期与减数分裂期之间 ,最敏感生育期为二次枝梗原基和颖花原基分化期至雌雄蕊原基形成期之间。因此 ,ⅡThe response of fertility of the purified Zhanjiang Ⅱ 32A and Fujian Ⅱ 32A to temperature and daylength and the sensitive growth stages of fertility of Zhanjiang Ⅱ 32A to temperature were studied in late cropping season of 1999. The results showed that the fertility of both Zhanjiang Ⅱ 32A and Fujian Ⅱ 32A was partially restored when the temperature was higher than 26℃, and the higher the temperature was, the higher their fertilities. The restoration of fertility of Fujian Ⅱ 32A was also enhanced by short daylength, and there existed complimentary effect of temperature and daylength on its fertility. The sensitive growth stages of fertility of Ⅱ 32A to temperature occured very early, covering from the first bract differentiation to the early meiotic division stages, with the most sensitive stage being from the secondary branch and spikelet primordia differentiation to pistil and stamen primordia formation stage. Therefore, Ⅱ 32A is not suitable for seed production and multiplication in the middle to late season in South China.
