双峰驼诱导排卵因子(OIF)纯品稳定性及其空间构象的初步研究

摘　　要：应用岛津 2 60紫外分光光度计分别扫描了不同条件下保存的诱导排卵因子 (OIF)纯品和经解离液处理后OIF空间结构的变化 ,扫描结果表明 ,在含纯氮的冷环境中 ,该因子基本上仍可保留其结构与特性 :该因子仍呈线状多肽 ,在空间结构上不存在氢键和二硫键。WT5”BZ]The stability and 3-dimension structure for OIF from seminal plasma in bactrian camel were scaned by the Uv 260-spectrophotometer.The results confirm that OIF are stable stored in-25℃ refrigurator and nitrogen gas.Our study also indicates that OIF is a single chain without the S-S bands and H-bands and 3-dimension structure when OIF resolved in 25% aqueous acetonitrile.
