中国美利奴军垦型细毛羊繁殖周期中NAG活力与发情排卵的关系

摘　　要：1998～ 1999年测定了中国美利奴军垦型细毛羊正常繁殖周期中血清N -乙酰 - β -D 氨基葡萄糖苷酶 (NAG)活力与孕酮 (P4 )浓度 ,并探讨了它们与发情排卵的关系。结果表明 ,母羊在休情期的NAG活力为 2 6 98U/L± 1 65U/L ,P4 平均含量小于 0 1ng/ml。发情排卵当天 ( 0天 )NAD活力为 51 12U/L± 5 4 3U/L ,P4 平均含量为 0 2 36ng/ml± 0 0 7ng/ml。发情后 1天 ( +1天 )NAG活力为 38 35U/L± 3 78U/L ,P4 平均含量为 5 2 56ng/ml。经t检验 ,0天和 +1天的NAG活力和P4 含量差异十分显著 (P <0 0 1)。提示NAG活力变化可以作为简便、快速预测母羊发情排卵的指标。WT6BZ]from 1998～1999 detected the N-acetyl-β-glucosaminidase (NAG)activity and the progesterone(P 4) density of china Merino type in blood serum.Studied the relationship of NAG activity,P 4 content and Estrous.The results indicated that the ewes NAG activity were respectively 26 9 u/I±1 65 u/I,51 12 u/I±5 43 u/I and 38 35 u/l±3 78 u/I,during die estrous,update to estrous (0d)and estrous(+1d),and the P 4 average content were respectively less than 0 1 ng/ml,0 326 ng/ml and 5 265 ng/ml.Through t-tested,Both NAG activity and p 4 cotent between 0d and+1d were significant( P <0 01).The results predicted that The variation of the NAG activity may be the idex that simply and rapidly forecasted the one estrous.
